Risk Assessment Protocols
Written risk assessments completed for every programme and for complex-needs participants prior to enrolment.
GDPR Data Protection
Full compliance with UK GDPR, confidentiality agreements, and secure data management throughout all activities.
Professional Boundaries
Clear behavioural and professional boundaries agreed in writing with all participants before the programme begins.
Support Worker Provision
Where required, a support worker is present to ensure every individual's safety, comfort, and participation.
Confidentiality Agreements
All staff and partner organisations sign confidentiality agreements protecting participant information and privacy.
What We Are — and What We Are Not
We want to be transparent about the scope of our services so that every participant and referrer can make an informed decision about whether Cyska CIC is the right fit.
We do not operate as a crisis intervention centre. However, for participants with higher or complex needs, we can provide support when:
- A clear safeguarding policy is confirmed in place
- A support worker is present where required
- A written risk assessment has been completed
- Structured behavioural boundaries are agreed in writing
